Destin Fishing Rodeo

October brings the famous Destin Fishing Rodeo. Come out and enjoy the festivities surrounding the fishermen and the boats as they return to dock each day. This is a month-long event so you can plan the days you want to see the daily weigh-ins, or just go out and enjoy visiting with the fishermen.

Kitty Hawk Kite Festival

August is a great month in Destin–and Paddle in the Park is just a part of it. This boating event held at Henderson Beach State Park is fun for the whole family! With categories for beginners, recreational and elite, and even a kids race, this activity is one you’ll want to do each year in the future!
